My Prayer

God,
I’m so alone here.
No one seems to share my passion for You
And my lack of passion for other things.
I need patience
I need to find people like me, God
So I won’t feel so alone
I know, I know, I’m not alone
Because You’re with me
But You know I’d never leave You
Sin is appealing
But it’s not worth it
I just need strength
And patience
In the meantime, God, fill me with everything
That You are
Be all that I need
Fill me up until I am full
Until I don’t need anything else anymore.
